Everything in Self-Guided, plus a dedicated coach who reviews your nutrition, training and progress. Blood work and DEXA scans are recommended and booked separately. Monthly, cancel any time.
Elite
from €799 per month
A fully personalised programme with blood work and a DEXA scan included. Price depends on scope. Monthly, cancel any time.
